Rod Lewis is an accomplished professional Chef with over 25 years experience in the catering industry. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu, London, Rod has to date acquired a sound reputation as an accomplished Head Chef in his own right including Chef Proprietor at his own restaurant. He has achieved multiple entries in the Good Food Guide including ‘Restaurant of the Year’, Michelin Guide ‘Bib Gourmand’, eight consecutive entries in Olive magazine’s ‘Top 100 Restaurants’ and a catalogue of newspaper accolades.
Rachael Lewis has over 20 years experience in the catering industry. She has written for local and national publications including the BBC and undertakes private contract work on a freelance basis.
Meeting whilst setting up a successful restaurant in the Brecon Beacons, the couple decided to set up Salt Chef so that they could impart their combined skills, experience and passion for food to others wanting to succeed at a personal or professional level or simply enjoy fantastic food!
